A self-made professional, Mr. Naik is driven by ambition and a passion for building scalable, sustainable businesses. His entrepreneurial journey is rooted in resilience, continuous learning, and a deep understanding of operational excellence.

Mr. Naik primarily works with government clients and has extensive experience in managing government tenders and executing public sector projects. His in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and large-scale project execution has positioned KIPL as a trusted partner in the public sector domain.

Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Shibaji Shankar Ray is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across retail and corporate landscapes, spanning both B2C and B2B domains. An alumnus of the prestigious Ravenshaw College and IIT Dhanbad (formerly ISM Dhanbad), he brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational rigor, and people-centric leadership.

With deep expertise in P&L ownership, sales and distribution strategy, and large-scale team leadership, Mr. Ray has held key leadership roles with some of India’s most respected organizations, including Airtel, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, and Reliance Industries. His professional journey reflects a consistent track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Further strengthening his strategic acumen, he holds certifications in Product Management from XLRI and Digital Marketing from MICA. Complementing his business leadership, he possesses strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, AI & Machine Learning, Tableau, and Power BI—enabling him to seamlessly integrate data-driven insights into business decision-making.
